Commission Details
How to order:
how to opt for a commission
pre-order basis
(1) look at my instagram bio to see if my slots are still open. there should be a "SLOTS OPEN" text on it.
(2) send me a dm and ask for a slot, once confirmed you will be asked for the details of your commission.
(3) provide a reference or a picture of what you want me to do or you may send an item from my shop.
(4) payment will be discussed depending o the complexity of your commission.
(5) an order will take time depending on the item's complexity.
(6) once a down payment is sent, you may no longer cancel your commission.
(7) amaii.studios will update you once your order is started as well as when it is finished.
(8) all remaining balance must be paid before ship out or before you receive the product.

Terms and Conditions
(1) rush orders will come with a rush fee depending on what the item is.
(2) a down payment is 50% of your item total and is required to secure a commission/made to order slot or item.
(3) strictly no cancellations once your order has been started, the down payment may no longer be refunded.
(4) cancellation fee = 70% of your total.
(5) items are made to order unless stated "on-hand".
(6) an item will take time depending on ho complex the item is.
(7) no rush shipping.
